Job Duties:

 

Passione Rossa, LLC (DBA Ferrari Beverly Hills AKA "FBH") is looking for an accomplished Member Experience Manager with extensive experience in working with/in hospitality Front of House and Back-office Functions (FOH), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UNHWI) and luxury brands, who can seamlessly integrate these areas with confidence. Reporting directly to the CEO of Passione Rossa, LLC, the Member Experience Manager will be responsible for all verticals of the newly formed Ferrari Beverly Hills (FBH) Club, an invitation only fee-based membership for top clients of Passione Rossa, LLC. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

 

Responsible for building, curating and maintaining productivity of the FBH membership community. In addition, the Member Experience Manager is responsible for being a direct contact and resource for members and partners

Creating and curating the physical FBH member journey, in-person and digitally Responsible for ensuring internal FBH Club processes are implemented correctly across the Mattioli Automotive Group verticals, and ensuring all members receive full onboarding to FBH Club and its affiliates*

Leads and oversees the ideation, development and implementation of an FBH marketing and communications strategy to maintain FBH Club engagement

Foster the creation, ideas and strategies to promote and amplify FBH activities, ensuring the FBH culture and experiences are maximized through events and partnerships Oversee the events calendar, ensuring FBH brand awareness through relevant and appealing lifestyle events

Develop social media initiatives and concepts designed to increase and engage membership

Responsible for the execution of social media strategies and team development Review membership applications to ensure all members meet the requirements and caliber for membership

Responsible for retention and renewal strategies for FBH members

Be a FBH Brand Ambassador, embodying the core values ofFBH Club

 

*As FBH Club's primary contact for any external communication, this Member Experience Manager will interact with various stakeholders inside and outside FBH Club, including marketing agencies, creative agencies, and members of the press.

 

Requirements:

Candidate must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related, and two (2) years of work experience in job offered or in related occupation. Experience must include:

 

1.      Experience of building hospitality projects from inception phase to launch phase

  • Experience in social media strategy and management across multiple social media platforms
  • Experience in sales and marketing for luxury brands, preferably in the automotive industry
  • A motivated and driven self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have managed large teams across departments and varying time zones
